After completing more than 30 personal real estate transactions, I learned first-hand how clients should be treated. This experience, coupled with my passion for finding the right house, led me to securing my agent's license while still working for Intel.

After closing several transactions for clients and after reaching a milestone of 27 years with Intel, I choose to officially retire from Intel and devote my energy and passion exclusively to clients seeking coastal, vacation and/or investment properties.

I reside in Aptos. My office covers the Monterey Bay. On weekends, I enjoy driving up and down the Central Coast, which enables me to be on the top of the market. So whether your interest stretches north to Davenport, or south to Carmel or anywhere in between, I look forward to working with you. All my client engagements are on a By Appointment basis.
